  • The applicant must visit the RTO with the required documents for document verification anytime before the learner’s license test only if the applicant uploads any document, such as an address proof or a medical certificate (if the applicant is more than 40 years of age or is applying for a transport vehicle).

How Register a New Vehicle in Maharashtra
