KVS Balvatika [Pre-KG, LKG & UKG] Admission Application Form 2022-2023
As per the directions issued by the NEP 2022, the Government of India has decided to start Balvatika Classes in Kendriya Vidyalaya schools as a pilot project. Initially, the KVS has selected fifty Kendriya Vidyalaya schools and given instructions to start classes from Balvatika-I, Balvatika-II, and Balvatika-III from the academic year 2022-23. The selected KV school management will start the new admission for Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG from the first week of October 2022. All parents and guardians are instructed to contact the nearest KV school for more admission processes and offline application forms.
Instructions for filling application for KV Balvatika-III
Attention all prospective parents seeking admission to Balvatika-III at KVS, please familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:
1. It is important to note that the Right to Education (RTE) policy applies specifically to parents belonging to the SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories and residing within a 5km radius of the school.
2. If you are applying under the RTE quota, it is mandatory to submit the required certificate in your child’s name during the admission process.
3. It is crucial for all selected children to present a birth certificate that clearly indicates their name at the time of admission.
4. We are delighted to announce that children admitted to Balvatika-III will be promoted to Class-I in the upcoming academic session of 2024-25.

KVS Balvatika School Admission Documents 2022-23
Documents to be attached to the registration forms are:
- Registration form
- Date of Birth certificate
- Social Category Certificate SC, ST, OBC-NCL, and EWS
- Residential Proof Certificate
- Blood group report
- Two Passport Size Photos
- Service Certificate (Government Employees)
KVS Balvatika School Timing and Fee Structure 2023
- Duration of the school timing would be 03 hrs per day on a five day week basis
- Vacations and breaks shall be as per the existing schedule.
- Uniforms are not prescribed for these classes.
- The fee structure shall be similar to the existing class 1 and it will be collected through the UBI portal.
KVS Balvatika Admission Lottery Results 2023
The RTE (Right to Education Act 2009) Admission lottery for Balvatika I will be published after the draw (Lots of Draw) lottery in the Notice Board of the respective Kendriya Vidyalaya school.
