The DMRC basic salary grade-wise table contains a complete list of all workers’ wages. Executive personnel and non-executive workers are the two main divisions. Each classification has a unique salary grade and associated pay scale. For instance, executive staff receives a base salary of between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 160,000 per month, while non-executive staff receives between Rs. 16,000 and Rs. 50,000 per month. The non-executive category’s classification of positions is broken down into the Non-Supervisor and Supervisor staff categories. Additionally, the category of executive officers is split into the executive and functional BOD portions. Additional compensation for this payment is provided through allowances and other benefits, including housing assistance and health insurance. Additionally, based on their success, the executive staff is also qualified for promotions and raises.

** Time-bound promotion for non-supervisor to grades which are operated at Supervisor level, however the Work profile of non-supervisor shall remain unchanged. Certain service benefits shall be extended, at par as admissible to supervisors in the grade. The Supervisory pay scales are also being operated in non-supervisory categories on time-bound promotions.
Acceptable according to the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pattern, which is updated four times a year on the firsts of April, July, October, and January. The DA is amended twice a year in CDA, on January 1 and July 1 of each year.
During the period of deputation, the deputationist will continue to draw DA at the rates which would have been applicable to him/her, had he/she continued in DMRC.

The rate of HRA will be revised to 27%, 18% & 9% for X, Y, and Z class cities respectively when IDA crosses 25% and further revised to 30%, 20%, and 10% when IDA crosses 50%.
